It's not that there is anything wrong with the music itself, more that the music is rather loud and conflicts with the ingame sound effects. The music does my nut in and I'd highly recommend turning it down before playing. The game also is bound to crash, after changing any of the options, so expect that to happen.
I've had it constantly crash on me, not even with an error message, just minimizing and dying for no reason. While I do recommend this, I must warn that this game has quite a few problems.
